Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Jones account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
